Remember our theme is Holidays! Pick your favorite holiday and go crazy. Examples include Christmas, Halloween, Valentine's Day, St. Patricks Day, Easter, 4th of July, etc.

Stretching will be at 4:50 for all ages. 11+ will warm up at 5 and 10&U will warm up at 5:15.

Joy Schneider will be collecting money for Cary City dues ($10 for 7+, $5 for 6&u) at the beginning of the meet tomorrow. The sign up deadline on Swimtopia is this Friday June 24. Cary City is a really fun opportunity to swim against friends on other teams! It hasn't happened in 2 years so if you have any questions feel free to ask Coach Nikki.
