The heat sheet for tomorrow's home meet against Brookstone is attached.

Tomorrow's theme is Cowboys vs. Aliens! Don't forget about the Who's the Bomb popsicle contest. Take a picture in your costume and post it under the Who's the Bomb Facebook post.

Just like last week, our stretching will start at 4:50. Warm-ups for 11+ will start at 5:00 and warm-ups for 10&unders will start at 5:15. 

Please remember only swimmers and active volunteers should be behind the blocks. If you want to take pictures please do it from behind the timer rope.

After the meet we will be going to Goodberry's on Davis Dr! Remember, don't throw away your cups! We have to make our traditional cup tower.
