The Olive Chapel Otters would like to welcome Silverton for our TSA meet on Tuesday, June 20^th 2023 . We look forward to hosting your team and having a great time. Below, we provide details on the upcoming meet.

Our Facility

Our pool is located at: 1221 Ainsley Woods Place
Apex, NC 27502

Located right off of Olive Chapel Road, best accessed from Dogwood Ridge subdivision entrance, "White Dogwood Road".

Parking (very important): Our pool parking area is made fully available to you as our visitors but is limited in size. Attached to this email are more details about parking, especially important for those who end up looking to park on neighborhood streets so to avoid parking violations or other unpleasantries!

We have a Visitor's section on the pool deck, reserved for your team. From the pool entrance- it is the left side of the pool, including an immediate large open area that can be ideal for clerking and organizing for events. Seating is limited so we encourage you to bring portable seats/ folding chairs. Please feel free to also bring tents for your swimmers, given very limited shade. Our Baby pool area will be closed off during the meet.

Please arrive by 5:15. Silverton will begin stretching at 5:20 and swim at 5:30 for warm ups.

Otter’s Cafe

We are excited to host your swim team next week! Our Otter’s Cafe concessions stand is available to keep you and your swimmers hydrated and well-fed. Our Menu is to be determined and I will send it too you as soon as I receive

Our concessions accept cash only; prices range from $0.50 to $5. We begin serving around 5:00-5:15.

Our pool does not have permanent lights to but we do rent lights so the meet can continue after the sun sets.

MEET MANAGEMENT

Please note: our pool is a 8 lane pool and are still figuring out our “new normal”

• We will be using our Dolphin system and having it upload the time directly into meet maestro.
• Swim meet official and timers meeting will start behind the starter @ 5:45PM
