We look forward to hosting your team at Shepherd’s Vineyard on 6/27. Below is information you may find helpful.

Our Pool

Directions: From Raleigh (SW I-440 Beltline area): Take US-1 South to US-64 West. Take exit 98B towards Apex. Continue on US-64 West for 1.5 miles. Turn left onto Lake Pine Drive and continue onto Old Raleigh Road. Turn right onto Shepherds Vineyard Drive. The pool is immediately on the left.

Our pool closes to members at 4pm and we are typically ready to start welcoming the visiting team by 4:30. 

Parking: We reserve our parking lot for visitors though parking is still limited. Please carpool when feasible.

Seating: The visiting team is welcome to set up on the concession stand side of the pool deck (same side as the porch swing). It is advised to bring folding chairs as we typically do not have enough for everyone. Tents for shade are also helpful.

Lanes: We have an 8 lane pool and your team will be using lanes 2,4,6 for main events.

Food

Concessions: We will have Romeo's Pizza and our usual pool snack bar (ice creams, candies, popsicles) available for purchase at the meet this year. If you want to purcahse pizzas during the meet, PLEASE call Romeo’s to pre-order pizza 919-355-2920.  They will have medium 1 topping pizzas available for $6, In order to make sure they have enough, you should pre-order. They will also have a limited supply of extra cheese and pepperoni pizzas only.

Officials

We will have meetings for timers, TSA reps, and OFF judges at 5:45pm in the baby pool area.
